An innovative automotive retail executive with more than 10 years of experience leading dealership operations, management, and marketing. Named Dealer Principal in 2024 after serving as General Manager since 2013. First female Dealer Principal in company history. Appointed to the Buick GMC National Dealer Council for the 2026 to 2028 term. NADA 2015 graduate, holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Education from Northwood University. Board of Directors member at Citizens Bank and Trust.

Jon Conner
General Manager
Automotive retail leader with 15 years of experience across new vehicle sales, wholesale, finance, and pre-owned operations. Joined Howard Bentley Buick GMC in 2014, served as General Sales Manager beginning in 2018, and was named General Manager in 2026. Under his leadership, Howard Bentley achieved its best sales year in history, was named the number one GMC dealer in Alabama for 2025, and earned GM Dealer of the Year for the 11th consecutive year. Serves on the Albertville City School Board.

Wayne Bentley
Owner-Dealer Operator
Second-generation owner-dealer operator. Expanded the dealership his father Howard Bentley founded into a nationally recognized Buick GMC retailer, building the foundation of customer relationships and trust that defines Howard Bentley today.
