Me and my son drove a little 2 hours to the dealership. When we arrived they promptly got us with the people we had been texting and emailing. It was raining so they pulled the GMC Terrain inside so we could look at it. My son test drove it and then we started talking numbers. They came back to us with a better "Out the door price" than we got through the emails we received. They took care of financing, in was his first big purchase. They didn't try to up sale us or get us to buy what I call fluff items just to up there profit margins. Looks like they depend repeat customers and having a good reputation across the state and southeast. I highly recommend these people! We were in and out in about 3 hours. Quickest I have ever bought a new car. I dealt with Salma in internet sales and cant remember the young salesman we dealt with. I do remember he is 23-24 and a Hurricanes fan recently out of college. After working directly with the contract administrator and reaching the end of their internal review process, I contacted Howard Bentley for assistance. From my first conversation with Tyler, the response was exceptional. He listened to the situation, asked me to send over the relevant documentation, and immediately took ownership of the issue. I wasn't asking the dealership to simply absorb the cost, I was looking for help resolving a legitimate disagreement involving the service contract they had sold me. Howard Bentley went well beyond what I expected. Once they reviewed the documentation, their attitude was simply, “We want to take care of this.” And they did. What impressed me most was that I never had to argue, pressure anyone, or ask them to go beyond their obligations. They saw a customer with a legitimate concern and made it right. Best Car Ever!

I have a 2019 Lexus ES 350 and I love it! I love it because it has all of the luxury features like heated and cooled seats, moonroof, power lift gate, but it is also a big car, and extremely plush and smooth ride, and plenty enough power to pass a slow car or truck on the highway no problem! It is also super affordable compared to any luxury car and even most new basic cars, that mostly start $30k+. It can also last forever because of the Toyota tried-and-true Reliability. I will go as far as saying, if you’re looking at the E-Class, if you’re looking at the 5-Series, if you’re looking at the G80, also do yourself a favor and look at the ES. I think it is the best car you can buy!
