The salesman Jeff Davenport did a great job! The most important thing a salesman can do for a customer is communication. Jeff did not disappoint, He called me back immediately answered all my questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The dealership made it very easy with the purchase. Me and my son drove a little 2 hours to the dealership. When we arrived they promptly got us with the people we had been texting and emailing. It was raining so they pulled the GMC Terrain inside so we could look at it. My son test drove it and then we started talking numbers. They came back to us with a better "Out the door price" than we got through the emails we received. They took care of financing, in was his first big purchase. They didn't try to up sale us or get us to buy what I call fluff items just to up there profit margins. Looks like they depend repeat customers and having a good reputation across the state and southeast. I highly recommend these people! We were in and out in about 3 hours. Quickest I have ever bought a new car. I dealt with Salma in internet sales and cant remember the young salesman we dealt with. I do remember he is 23-24 and a Hurricanes fan recently out of college. And the financial guy all get 5 ๐

Although excellent, the overall experience took approximately 5 hours, from arrival to departure from dealership. Entirely too long for a car buying process Christopher is an excellent sales technician. As I mentioned to him, I'm not easily impressed, but his sales ability was very impressive. His patience is much better than mine๐ I would rate Christopher a 10. He has continued to provide assistance after the sale has concluded. Grateful and thankful for that

I recently purchased a 26 Sierra 1500 at Howard Bentley and had a great experience. The salesman Roosevelt was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and not pushy. We did a trade in and were given a price that was in the appropriate price range. We live about 2 hours away so we did all the negotiating over the phone and they delivered the truck the next day and picked up our trade in at the same time. It was definitely the easiest car buying experience Iโve had.
