More Than a Dealership - We're Your Neighbors

At Howard Bentley Buick GMC, community involvement isn't a marketing campaign - it's the reason we come to work every morning. Since our family first opened the doors in Albertville in 1988, we've believed that a successful business has a responsibility to lift up the community around it.

Each year, we donate over $200,000 to more than 100 local schools, nonprofits, and charitable organizations working on the front lines of poverty, education, and health. Our annual Season of Giving turns every vehicle sold from September through December into direct support for Marshall County nonprofits - because when you buy from Howard Bentley, you're investing in your community, too.

Now, we're opening the door for local organizations to tell us about the causes that matter most to them. If you're doing meaningful work in our community, we want to hear from you.

Causes We've Championed

A Legacy of Giving Back

From early childhood literacy to animal rescue, here are some of the organizations and initiatives Howard Bentley Buick GMC has proudly supported.

Marshall County Christmas Coalition

Every December, our team personally shops, wraps, and delivers Christmas gifts for 50 children in need - contributing over $20,000 in gifts to make sure every child wakes up to something special under the tree.

Children and Families

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

Through a $13,000 donation to the Albertville City Schools Foundation, we support free, high-quality books for Marshall County children from birth to age five - building strong readers and stronger futures.

Education and Literacy

Second Chance Shelter - Boaz

Dedicated in loving memory of Sheila Cantrell, our "Second Chance September" campaign raised $7,725 for rescued dogs and hosted a community adoption event to connect pets with loving homes.

Animal Welfare

CAJA of Marshall County

We've raised over $7,500 for this volunteer-driven organization that provides court-appointed special advocates for abused and neglected children - helping secure safe, stable, and loving homes.

Child Advocacy

Albertville City Schools Foundation

With team members serving on the Foundation Board, we fund technology upgrades for classrooms, host career development events at local schools, and invest in the tools students need to succeed.

Education

Albertville Chamber of Commerce

From sponsoring the annual Turkey and Tinsel on Main Parade to serving on the Board of Directors and Community Planning Committee, we actively work to grow Albertville's economy and community spirit.
