Taylor Bentley Conner
General Manager
Our General manager, Taylor, has been in the auto industry since she was born! Her grandfather started it all, her father continued the legacy, and now Taylor is here too. She has a BS in Management & Marketing from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Education from Northwood University. Her favorite things to do include spending time with family & friends, traveling, and of course working! We could not make it without her here.
Jon Conner
General Sales Manager
Jon has been in the automotive world since 2010, but has been with Howard Bentley since 2014. He has been our General Sales Manager since 2018. He has worked in wholesale, finance, and served as the pre-owned manager. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife Taylor and his daughter Bentley Ann, and also loves being at his farm. We are so thankful for everything Jon does here.
Alex Gonzalez
Lot Porter
Alex's official job title is our Lot Porter, but if you know anything about Alex you know that he does it all here at Howard Bentley. You never know where he is day to day and there is no telling how many times his phone rings a day. He has been with us since 2018. We don't know what we did without Alex!
Michael Hernandez
Part-Time Lot Attendant
Michael started working with us in the automotive industry in 2024. He attends college locally at Snead State Community College. We are thankful to have him on our team!
Greg Nettles
New Car Sales Manager
Greg has been with us since 2018. He moved back home from Auburn and took a job here and has never looked back! In his free time he likes to spend time with his wife and son, hunt, and go to Braves games. We are thankful for you, Greg!
Michael Farley
Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager
Michael, better known as Farley, has been with us since 2019. But, he has been in the automotive industry since 1999. In his free time he likes to spend time with his wife and 2 sons. We love having Farley work here!
Bobby Stephens
Sales Manager
Bobby started with us in 2009 and that was the start of his career in the automotive industry. A few things you need to know about Bobby is that he always has a great story to tell, always has a joke, and will laugh at his own jokes as well. Bobby loves working here, he met his wife Sherry here, and he loves who he works with. We are glad to have Bobby here with us.
Josh Driver
New Vehicle Product Specialist
Josh has been in the automotive industry since 2016, but has been with us since 2019! He says he loves his job and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. We are thankful for you, Josh!
Tyler Winkles
Sales Representative
Tyler started with us in 2017 after reading a Grant Cardone book and feeling inspired. In his free time he likes to hunt, fish, and do anything outdoors. We love having Tyler here.
Jake Cranford

Jake is one of the many smiling faces you'll see at Howard Bentley. He has been here since 2020 and he says he loves selling cars. We are so thankful he is a part of our team.
Jeff Davenport

Shane has been in the automotive industry in 2010 working for his uncle, but he started with us in 2021. He says he loves being a salesman here. We love having you here, Shane!
Zane Phillips
Sales Representative
Zane went to Snead State Community College and Jacksonville State University, where he obtained his Business Management Degree. He started in the automotive industry in 2020 and started with us in 2021. He says he loves getting to know and work with each and every customer. We are glad to have Zane on our team.
Vilma Lopez

Vilma has been in the automotive industry since 2016 where she use to make after market parts, but she has been with us since 2021. We are so thankful to have Vilma.
Skyler Bixby
Sales Representative
Skyler has been with us since 2022! Skyler has 3 daughters who are his world and he loves to play golf in his free time. We are so thankful to have him working here.
Shannon Saylors
Sales Representative
Shannon started with us in 2019 and has been in the automotive industry since about 2013, when he attended an automotive training group and fell in love with helping people find their dream vehicle. Shannon graduated from UAB with a degree in Marketing back in 2007. He has also been a church member at Cornerstone Downtown for the last 7 years. We love having Shannon on our team.
Chris Mooney

Chris started with us in 2015, but began in the automotive industry in 2000 selling auto parts. A fun fact about Chris is that he is married with 3 kids. We are grateful to have Chris on our team!
Dee Manzano
Sales Representative
Dee started in the automotive industry in 2016. He has always been a salesman at heart and was always told he should try selling cars. He gave it a shot and has loved it ever since. he started working with us in 2024 and has loved it since day 1. When he isn't at work he loves watching movies, spending time with his 2 daughters, and eating sushi. We are so thankful to have Dee on our team.

Joseph Lightsey
Sales Representative
Joseph has been in the automotive industry since 2021, but started with us in 2024. He is a part of our sales team. He says he loves the car business, spending time with family, and watching the Braves play. We are so thankful to have him on our team.
Ty Cole
Sales Representative
Ty started in the automotive industry, with us, in 2024. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education. Ty had been working in education for 4 years and decided he needed a bit of a change, and has been here ever since. We are so thankful to have him on our team.

Brian has been with us since 2008! He is actually the first smiling face you will see as soon as you come into the dealership! Brian attended Snead State Community College and Jacksonville State University and can play various instruments! We are so glad you are on our team!

We have known Kelly for quite some time! She originally started working here in 1996, because she wanted a second source of income. She has worked in the parts department, service department, sales department, and finally found her home in the front office department! She has been Our Human Resources & Payroll Manager since 2013! One fun fact about Kelly, is that her husbands name is also Kelly! We are so grateful for her!
Sherry Stephens

Sherry has been with us since 2011. She says she loves working here, because she loves who she works with. A fun fact about her is that she met her husband, Bobby, here. In her free time she loves to spend time with her 3 granddaughters. We love having Sherry here!

Anna Leigh Williams

Anna Leigh started with us in 2021 and never looked back. She attended the University of North Alabama where she obtained her BS in Mass Communications focusing in Public Relations and Minor in Marketing Communication and Technology. In her free time she loves to spend time with family and friends, shop, and travel. We are so thankful to have Anna Leigh working with us.
Jacob Hollingsworth

Jacob started with us in 2023, after selling his screen printing company. Jacob works with analytics, design, and vendors to ensure a strong online presence. He attended the University of Alabama where he obtained his BS in Business. He is the father of 2 girls and husband to Danielle. We love having Jacob here with us!
Madison Anderson

Madison has been with us since she was 17 years old (2011). In her free time she loves gardening, spending time with her son, listening to music, and anything outdoors. We couldn't imagine it here without you, Madison!
Haley Gonzalez

Haley has been with us since 2022! She was previously employed and was just looking for a better opportunity for her and her daughter. She saw this position open up and has loved every minute of it and love who she works with! In her free time she loves to paint and do anything outdoors. We are so glad to have you, Haley!

"In June of 2020, I was a stay at home mom going through a lot. I started praying for a way to support my boys. Then Emma messaged me about an open position with Howard Bentley. I was interviewed and hired on my oldest sons 4th birthday!" We have loved every second of having you here Morgan! In her free time she enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her sons. She is also a HUGE Disney fan! We are thankful for you, Morgan!

Mary has been with us since 1994. In 1989 she graduated from General Motors Accounting School and from Albertville High School. We love having her on our team.
Shawn Haven

Shawn, a former Sardis and Boaz City Police Officer, has been with us since 2018. He attended Gadsden State Community College. Besides his 8 year break from the automotive industry, to be a police officer, he has been involved with this industry since he was 17. We are grateful to have Shawn on our team!
Charlie Copeland
Service Advisor
Charlie started working in the automotive industry in 1995, but started his career with us in 2009. He has been on 4 mission trips to Africa and loves to serve others. We are thankful for you Charlie!
Jimmy Dowdy

Jimmy has been with us since 2018, but he worked for NASCAR and Talladega Super Speedway for 15 years! We love having Jimmy as a part of our team!
Josh Henson

Even though Josh has only been with us since 2016, he has been around the automotive industry his whole life. He grew up around it, because his father was in the car business. He originally started in our Detailing Department and worked his way up in 2022 to becoming on our Service Advisors. In his free time you can find him grilling for his family or he says he always loves to mow the grass! We are thankful to Have Josh here with us.

Mary Haden has been with us since 2017! She is a Guntersville local and is a joy to everyone she meets. She has a degree in Journalism from Jacksonville State University, but when Taylor Conner told her about a job opening she jumped at the chance. We are so thankful for Mary Haden.

David started in the automotive industry in 1989, and he never looked back. He started working with us in 2012 and has only grown from there. He is originally from Fort Payne, and in his free time he loves to umpire and go on boat rides with his family. We are so glad to have David.
