What is OnStar and why do I need it?
OnStar is an in-vehicle safety and security system designed to protect you and your family and provide peace of mind on the road. All new vehicles come with a free trial period of OnStar. OnStar is required to use your myBuick or myGMC mobile app.
Do you offer online car buying?
We do. We can send videos, photos, and deliver the vehicle to your driveway. We will prepare and send over your paperwork digitally for you to sign.

What do I need to do when my “Check Engine” light is on?
A check engine light is to inform you that your vehicle needs to be looked at by a trained technician. We can diagnose and repair your vehicle, if necessary.
My vehicle died on the side of the road, can you help?
We can! We offer towing services. We can tow the vehicle to your desired location or bring it back to our award winning service department.
How do I know if I have a recall, and will you repair it?
GM or Howard Bentley will attempt to contact you for your open recall. If you're wondering whether you have one you can use our Check Recalls page.
Do you have a drop box for after hours?
Yes, we do at our service center. There is a metal box with envelopes in it. Just fill it out and put your keys in the drop.
