The low tire pressure alert came on so I stopped by the Service Dept the next morning on my way to work. No appointment but they promptly logged the problem, drove me to work, fixed the tire and completed a recall. I couldn't ask for better service! Excellent customer service.
I would like to suggest that a change be made to the front main entrance (not service entrance). It was a rainy day and there were puddles of water at the front door, no way to avoid walking through it. When I walked inside the front door the tile floor was slick and my shoes did not have a good grip ....and I fell. Thankfully it was not a bad fall but I feel like it is worth mentioning because if I had been an elderly person it could have been very serious. A rug needs to be placed inside the entrance door so that customers can dry their shoes before walking on the slick tile floor.
